YES! Mardi Gras. Oh man, I miss the South during Mardi Gras. My friend had a Mardi Gras surprise birthday party for her husband just this last week - she made jambalaya. Yum yum yum. It was nice to have a little bit of that Southern fun out here in the west. ps: I loooove that wreath.
